The company has its headquarters in Enfield, Connecticut and operations in El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico. PCVR offers services for digital and film cameras and camcorders, digital SLR cameras, film based SLR cameras, ED and L series lenses, and on-camera electronic flash units.[4]

Partnering with Best Buy, Precision Camera has been an active supporter of the Black Woods Blizzard Tour to raise money and awareness for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.[14] PCVR also annually sponsors a breast cancer awareness event with Estee Lauder and Nikon.[15] Locally, Precision Camera is a sponsor of the local battered women’s shelter, Network Against Domestic Abuse, and supports employees who volunteer for the Russian Evan Baptist Church in Westfield, Massachusetts, supporting children in former Soviet Bloc countries who were orphaned following the Berlin Wall collapse and the Soviet Union’s demise.[15] Precision Camera also partners with the local Enfield school district to create an event called the Reality Store and a daily bottle and can collection program to fund student activities.[15]
