Background

On March 29, 2018, Christian Burns confirmed that the band had reunited.[1] On April 1, 2018, the group uploaded a video to Facebook of a performance of their first single, "Back Here".[2] Mark Barry also confirmed that the band is going out on a worldwide tour and is getting back in the studio later this year to work on a new pop rock album. On December 17, 2018, the band announced that their next album would be released on April 26, 2019, and that their first single would be released on February. A tour that same year would follow.[3] The album's release date was then pushed back to August 2019, with their first single for the album, "Bullet Train", initially slated for release on April 26[4] before being postponed to May 3.[5] On May 28, 2019, the tracklist for Powerstation was revealed.[6][7][8]

gollark: I can type 100WPM or more on my laptop, and the *record* on phones is 80WPM or so; you can barely manage usable speeds on a phone *with* the autocorrect thing which randomly messes up words.
gollark: This sort of thing is why I mildly dislike virtual keyboards.

gollark: You can go divide by arbitrary monic polynomials for all I care.
gollark: Plus CPU architecture is interesting anyway.
