Poet Laureate of Toronto

The Poet Laureate of Toronto is the city's literary ambassador and advocate for poetry, language and the arts. He or she attends events across the city to promote and attract people to the literary arts. The poet laureate's mandate includes the creation of a legacy project that is unique to the individual.

gollark: If you could mine cryptocurrency on CPUs at all, and old servers weren't so hilariously loud, it might be economically viable to resell them as space heaters.
gollark: Presumably just complexities in moving the heat anywhere useful.
gollark: I don't think this is a particularly new idea. Not sure why it hasn't really happened.
