Philip Smith (Northern Ireland politician)
Philip Smith is an Ulster Unionist Party politician from Northern Ireland. Smith was first elected as an MLA for Strangford in the 2016 assembly election. However, he was not reelected in the following 2017 assembly election when the Strangford consistency reduced its seats from six to five.[1] Smith now works for Queen's University Belfast.
