Petr Lazar
Petr Lazar (born July 2, 1976 in Brno) is a Czech professional racing cyclist. He competed in the men's Madison at the 2004 Summer Olympics.[1]

gollark: It might be good to just distribute/control roles through pyrobot somehow. Disable people's manual editing powers, group roles into cosmetic/individual person's/channel access/staff powers, and have commands for managing ones in each category.
