Peter D. Graves

Peter D. Graves is an American film producer, marketing executive and consultant. He is best known as the former co-President and COO for PolyGram Films,[1] a position he held from 1996-2000. During that time, PolyGram and its sub-label Gramercy released films such as Fargo, The Game, Notting Hill, Elizabeth and The Big Lebowski.

Since 2001, Graves has run his own company, Cinemarket,[2] a production, marketing and financial consulting firm. Through Cinemarket, he has executive produced nearly twenty films including Terminator Salvation, Oliver Stone’s W, Killer Elite, Planet 51 and Bitter Harvest,[3] and has consulted on the marketing for such films as The Bank Job, Love and Mercy, I Heart Huckabees, Kinsey, Alexander, Love, Actually and countless others.

Graves is a graduate of Dartmouth University and a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
