Pericallia
Pericallia is a monotypic of tiger moth genus in the family Erebidae erected by Jacob Hübner in 1820. Its onlyspecies, Pericallia matronula, was first described by Carl Linnaeus in his 1758 10th edition of Systema Naturae. It can be found in central and eastern Europe, Kazakhstan, southern Siberia, northern Mongolia, Amur Region, Primorye, Sakhalin, Kunashir, northern and northeastern China, Korea and Japan.[1]

The larvae feed on Lonicera, Hieracium, Vaccinium, Fraxinus, Corylus, Quercus species and Prunus padus.
