Renovation

In 2012 the building had fallen into disrepair, and there were many complaints that conditions had become unsafe and unsanitary, without proper heating and maintenance.[1][2] Several months later, it was purchased by George and Linda Bishop, who have since completely renovated and upgraded the rink to meet with health codes. The locker rooms and restrooms have been replaced, the building has been properly insulated, the electrical and plumbing systems have been repaired, and the emergency exits and lighting have been updated to meet Brewer fire codes.[3]

gollark: Oh, you're in *America*. **That** country.
