Pedro Ercílio Simon

Pedro Ercílio Simon (9 September 1941 1 June 2020) was a Brazilian Roman Catholic archbishop.

Simon was born in Brazil and was ordained to the priesthood in 1965. Simon served coadjutor bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cruz Alta, Brazil from 1990 to 1995. Simon served as bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Uruguaiana from 1995 to 1998. Simon then served as coadjutor bishop, diocese bishop, and then archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Passo Fundo, Brazil from 1998 to 2012.[1]
