PDFtk
PDFtk (short for PDF Toolkit) is a cross-platform tool for manipulating Portable Document Format (PDF) documents. It comes in three versions: PDFtk Server (open source command-line tool), PDFtk Free (freeware) and PDFtk Pro (proprietary paid).[2]
