Payanam (1976 film)
Payanam (Tamil: பயணம், English:Journey) is a 1976 Tamil romantic road movie, directed by Vietnam Veedu Sundaram and produced by Bombay K. S. Ramakrishnan. The film script was written by Vietnam Veedu Sundaram and the music was by M. S. Viswanathan.[1] The film stars Vijayakumar, Jayachitra, Srikanth Fatafat Jayalakshmi and Major Sundararajan playing lead, with Thengai Srinivasan, Suruli Rajan and Master Sekhar in supporting roles.[2][3][4]

Soundtrack
Music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan and lyrics were written by Kannadasan.[5] The Playback singers consist of T. M. Soundararajan, Sirkazhi Govindarajan, K. J. Yesudas,[6] S. P. Balasubramanyam,[7] Vani Jayaram,[8] Saibaba and M. S. Viswanathan.
