Pavlo Chornomaz

Pavlo Chornomaz (Ukrainian: Павло Олегович Чорномаз; born 8 July 1990 in Dubno, Rivne Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a professional Ukrainian football midfielder who plays for FC Vorkuta in the Canadian Soccer League.

Career

Chornomaz began his playing career in sportive schools in Rivne, and than in Lutsk. He then joined the first team FC Volyn Lutsk in the Ukrainian First League. He made his first team debut entering as a second-half substitute against FC Prykarpattya Ivano-Frankivsk on 4 May 2008.[1] In 2009, he continued playing in the Ukrainian First League with Zirka Kirovohrad, and later with FC Arsenal Bila Tserkva.[2] In 2014, he was offered a contact by his former club Volyn Lutsk.[3]

In 2016, he played with FC Ternopil.[4] The following season he featured in the Ukrainian Amateur Football League with FC Dnister Zalishchyky and with FSK Crystal Chortkov.[5] In 2019, he played abroad in the Canadian Soccer League with FC Vorkuta.[6] In his debut season with Vorkuta he assisted in securing the First Division title.[7]
