Patrick Kanner
Patrick Kanner (French pronunciation: [patʁik ka.ne]; born 29 April 1957) is a member of the French Senate. He represents the department of Nord, and is a member of the Socialist Party.[1][2] After the retirement of Didier Guillaume, he was elected president of the Socialist group in the Senate with 47 votes, against Laurence Rossignol with 25 votes, on 23 January 2018.[3]
