Papua Ulisese is a Tuvaluan footballer who played for Nui in 2007.[1] As Nui currently has no team active team, he plays for Nauti FC after 2011 transfer.

Papua was capped four times with the Tuvalu national football team at the 2007 South Pacific Games.[1][2]
