Overview

Palazzo Versace Dubai is developed on 130,000 square metres (1,400,000 sq ft) and opened in November, 2016. It has 215 hotel rooms and suites, 169 residences, and 8 restaurants and bars. The landscaped gardens offer views of the Dubai Creek and skyline.[2][3]

Design and architecture

The architectural style of Palazzo Versace Dubai hotel and residences represents the merging of a traditional neoclassical Italian palace with recognizable Arabic architectural elements.

The Mosaico is a 1000 square metre marble mosaic flooring of 1.5 million pieces set in the lower part of the grand lobby.[2]

The SPA on the ground floor west wing has seven treatment rooms, a spa suite, a nail studio and two Moroccan hammams.[4]
