Osip Kozodavlev
Osip Petrovich Kozodavlev (Russian: Осип Петрович Козодавлев) (April 9 [O.S. March 29] 1754 – August 5 [O.S. July 24] 1819) was a Russian statesman, politician and Minister of the Interior from March 31 of 1810 to July 24 of 1819.
