Oregon Ballot Measure 104

Oregon Ballot Measure 104 was a ballot measure defeated by voters in the upcoming 2018 election. Voters considered "a constitutional amendment that would require a three-fifths supermajority for legislation that raises revenue through changes in tax exemptions, credits and deductions".[1] It was defeated with 35% of the vote.
