Oregon's 45th House district
District 45 of the Oregon House of Representatives is one of 60 House legislative districts in the state of Oregon. As of 2013, the boundary for the district includes a portion of Multnomah County. The current representative for the district is Democrat Barbara Smith Warner of Portland.[1][2]

- Jackie Dingfelder was the incumbent in this election. She previously represented District 19, but was moved to this district due to redistricting following the 2000 United States Census.[5]
- While Dick Osborne is a Republican, he ran as a write-in candidate in this election.[6]
- Barbara Smith Warner was the incumbent in this election. She was appointed to this seat on December 19, 2013 to replace Michael Dembrow, who resigned to take an appointment to the District 23 seat in the Oregon Senate.[7][8][9]
