Okenia hispanica is a species of sea slug, specifically a dorid nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Goniodorididae.[2]

This species was described from the Alboran Sea, Spain.

But most people do not seem to care about poverty/homelessness enough to act on it, beyond sometimes saying that if you go along with [DRASTIC CHANGE TO ENTIRE ECONOMIC/SOCIAL/POLITICAL SYSTEM] the whole problem will magically evaporate.
