About
North Harrison High School was formed in 1969 with the consolidation of the northern schools of Harrison County. Some of the schools were, New Salisbury, Depauw, Palmyra (now Morgan), Hancock Chapel. North Harrison is part of the North Harrison Community School System. It serves as the consolidated high school for Morgan Elementary and North Harrison Elementary schools.
During the 2008–2009 school year the school had an enrollment of 741 students. The students have performed near the state average for the last five years. The school has a graduation rate of 85.8%. The school is staffed by 42 teachers with an average salary of $48,992
