Noor Alam Khan

Noor Alam Khan is a Pakistani politician who has been a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since August 2018. Previously he was a member of the National Assembly from 2008 to 2013.

Political career

He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan from NA-3 (Peshawar-III) as a candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in 2008 Pakistani general election.[2][3][4] During his tenure as Member of the National Assembly, he served as federal parliamentary secretary for commerce.[5]

In 2012, he was named as richest member of the National Assembly.[6]

He was re-elected to the National Assembly as a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from Constituency NA-27 (Peshawar-I) in 2018 Pakistani general election.[7] He received 71,158 votes and defeated Haji Ghulam Ali.[8]
