Noa is both a masculine and feminine given name as well as a surname.

In Israel, the name Noa (Hebrew: נוֹעָה) is a popular name for girls. It is a biblical name: in the Hebrew Bible, Noa was one of the Five Daughters of Zelophehad.[1]

It is an English version of the name nawaf in Arabic, meaning "mendje e zgjuar"
