Nissing is a block in Karnal district of Haryana.Nissing is a religious shrine place as Kurukshetra and it is also known as nemisar or mishrak tirth as per the religious books.It is known as the place of Wiseman vedavyas ji who did penance for long time here. Here we can see the ancient shivling which was found at the time of digging of Holly Pond.That is way now this place is famous as shiv mandir which was underlined by the Pt. Suganchand Sharma.At present it is a municipal committee of Karnal district of Haryana state India. It is located at 25 km from Karnal city on Kaithal road. Most of the development works were done there in the time of Pt. Suganchand Sharma when he was the Sarpanch of Nissing. With hard work of Pt. Suganchand Sharma at that time many great things were done by him like the allotment of free plots to the poor people and many illegal possession on the panchayti land were released from the hand of bad people of nissing. Many of the gou charan land was illegally possessed by the people but Mr.Suganchand filed the court cases and after a short period of time Panchayat won that cases.Suganchand Sharma was managed to get rid of that illegal possession from them. Mr. Suganchand Sharma was a former A.S.I in Haryana Police and he was very honest and dedicated for his mother land and his village that is way he always did their work as per taking legal action.He was very strict and straight forward person from the beginning of his life and he was also believer in god. He also gave his time of 25 years as President of Shiv Mandir Nissing and done lots of great work at there. Nobody in Nissing can say he was a corrupt person but many can say that he was a great fearless man of Nissing and also in neighbour villages.Nobody can find any name plate or marble of his name in Nissing because he was against that show off he was a simple but mentally strong man and he believed in the selfless service and he did it purely.
