Nikolay Maksyuta
Nikolay Kirillovich Maksyuta (Russian: Николай Кириллович Максюта), (born 26 May 1947) was the governor of Volgograd Oblast from 1996–2009.[1] In 1996 he won the election for governor.[2] He won his last reelection in 2004, and left office at the end of 2009.[3]
