History

Foundation and Victim of Yourself

The band was founded in 2010 by singer and guitarist Prika Amaral, Karem Ramos (guitar) and drummer Fernanda Terra. A year later, bassist Fernanda Lira joined while Karen Ramos left the band. Ramos lived far outside of São Paulo and was therefore rarely able to take part in band rehearsals. The remaining musicians, who had previously played in pure female bands, then decided to continue as a trio.[1]

In 2012 the band released the demo Time of Death and produced for the song Masked Betrayer a music video. Drummer Fernanda Terra left the band a short time later and was initially replaced by Jully Lee and later by Pitchu Ferraz. In May 2012 the band was signed by the Austrian record label Napalm Records.[2] The band recorded their debut album in 2013, Victim of Yourself, produced by Heros Trench and Marcello Pompeu by Brazilian thrash metal band Korzus.

Agony and Downfall of Mankind

The recordings for the second studio album started in January 2016 in the USA and it was produced by Brendan Duffey.[3]

In February 2018, the band recorded their third studio album Downfall of Mankind with producer Martin Furia, which was released on June 1, 2018. João Gordo from the band Ratos de Porão, Rodrigo Oliveira from the band Korzus and Michael Gilbert from the band Flotsam and Jetsam appear as guest musicians.[4]

In April 2020 Fernanda Lira and Luana Dametto left the band and founded the band Crypta with Burning Witches guitarist Sonia Nusselder . The musicians were replaced by the singer Diva Satanica, the bass player Mia Wallace and the drummer Eleni Nota.[5]
