Neoeromene octavianella

Neoeromene octavianella is a moth in the family Crambidae. It was described by Philipp Christoph Zeller in 1877. It is found in Panama.[1]

The wingspan is 12–14 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is off white. The basal fascia consists of blackish-brown scales and the antemedial fascia is dull brown and slightly zigzagged. There is a creamy band postmedially which is edged thinly with dark brown. The terminal area is white with two to three blackish spots surrounded by yellow scales. The hindwings are whitish.[2]
