National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006

Section 1 - Welsh Ministers' duty to promote health service

Sections 1(1) and (2) replace the corresponding provisions in section 1(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977. Section 1(3) replaces section 1(2) of that Act.[4]
