Narantaka-Devantaka
Narantaka (Sanskrit: नरान्तक, IAST: narāntaka, lit. destroyer of men) and Devanataka (Sanskrit: देवान्तक, IAST: devāntaka, lit. destroyer of Gods) are demons and sons of Ravana who appear in a number of Hindu legends.[1] They, along with Atikaya, are were created by Ravana from mandodari parvati . The son of devantaka , mahakantaka was the only survivor of raksha clan and was pardoned by Lord Rama and his army . He went far into the Kanyakubj desh and started following Brahmanism .

Later on his tribe amalgamated into Pulastya kul gotra of Kanyakubj brahman and are popularly known as pulastyaa gotra brahmans[2]
