Najuma Fletcher
Najuma "Nancy" Fletcher (born 31 May 1974) is a former Guyanese athlete. As a 16 year old, she placed fourth in the high jump at the 1990 Central American and Caribbean Games.[1] She competed in the women's high jump at the 1992 Summer Olympics.[2] Fletcher finished sixth in the heptathlon at the 1994 Commonwealth Games. She attended and competed for the University of Pittsburgh.[3]
