Mozambique men's national under-17 basketball team

The Mozambique national basketball team Under-16 represents Mozambique in international basketball matches and is controlled by the Federação Moçambicana de Basquetebol. At continental level, it competes at the FIBA Africa Under-16 Championship. Mozambique has been a member of FIBA since 1978.[2]

The team has been one of the top under-16 national teams of the region,[3] that also features Angola, Botswana, South Africa and Zambia.[4]
