Motorola Canada head office
Motorola Canada head office at Warden Avenue and Highway 407 stands at 7 floors with 224,000 square feet (20,800 m2) of office space. It is the head office of the Canada operations of Motorola and relocated from North York, Ontario (at Steeles and Woodbine Avenues) and several other locations in the Greater Toronto Area in the late 1990s.[1]

It is one of the few high rise office buildings in Markham, Ontario and is the western anchor of the Downtown Markham area.
