Mostafa Keshvari

Mostafa Keshvari (Persian: مصطفی کشوری) is an Iranian-Canadian film director, screenwriter and film producer.[1] He is a member of Directors Guild of Canada and Writers Guild of Canada.[2]

Background

Keshvari was born in Tehran, Iran. He started his film directing career on 2015. His first featured film Unmasked won numerous awards at international film festivals and his first short film I Ran was selected in Cannes Short Corner Film Festival 2015.[3][4][5] Keshvari wrote and directed the film Corona during the COVID-19 pandemic. The film received international attention for reportedly being the first feature film about the COVID-19 pandemic.[6][7][8][9]
