Moscow Cup
The Moscow Cup is a one-day cycling race that has been held annually in Russia since 2005. It is part of UCI Europe Tour in category 1.2. It was known as the Mayor Cup until 2014.

gollark: μ is the mean (average, ish) of a random variable. σ, as I said, is standard deviation, which is sort of like the average distance of samples from that random variable from the mean μ.
