Morteza Sarmadi

Morteza Sarmadi (Persian: مرتضی سرمدی‎) is an Iranian diplomat and current Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs in Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also served as an Iranian Ambassador to UK between 2000[1] - 2004.[2] A State Department spokesman for nearly a decade from 1986 to 1991
