Mohammad Estiyak Rai
Mohammad Istiyak Rai (Nepali: मोहम्मद इस्तियक राइ) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum. He also served as Minister of Urban Development in Second Oli cabinet. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Banke-2 constituency, winning 19396 votes.[1]
