Mohamed Namiz
Mohamed Namiz (full name Mohamed Mifraz Kureish Namiz, born 6 July 1969) was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played for Moors Sports Club. He was born in Colombo.[1][2](registration required)
Namiz made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1988-89 season, against Nondescripts Cricket Club. He scored 10 runs in the first innings in which he batted, and 27 runs in the second.
He took three catches in the match.
He was well known at Zahira college, Colombo as one of its greatest athletes.
