Missouri Department of Higher Education
The Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE) administers the Missouri system of higher education. The department is governed by the Coordinating Board for Higher Education, a board with representatives from each of Missouri’s eight congressional districts.[1] The MDHE serves over 500,000 students attending 204 educational institutions.[1]
