Milton Noel Guerra (Born November 26, 1982 in Ilobasco, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran footballer who currently plays for El Roble de Ilobasco (El Roble) in the Segunda División de El Salvador.

Club career
Guerra has spent most of his career for his hometown club El Roble, which was named AFI between 2005 and 2008. He also had a spell at Primera División de Fútbol de El Salvador club Vista Hermosa.
