Mike Pike
Michael S. Pike (born 20 April 1961 in Barrow-in-Furness, Lancashire, England) is an English football referee who officiated in the Football League.

Career
He started his career in 1977 and made his way through the North West Counties and Northern Premier League.[1] He later refereed in the Football Conference and was promoted to Football League assistant referee in 1991.[1][2] He became a Football League referee in 1997 and confirmed that he would retire from refereeing at the end of the 2007–08 season.[2]
