Middle Marches
The Middle Marches, also known as the Mittelmarch, are a fictional land found in the Von Bek series of novels written by Michael Moorcock. They are described as "the world in between heaven and ours".[1]
The Middle Marches: historically, the name of part of the border area between England and Scotland which was the scene of frequent raids and incursions throughout the Middle Ages and into the 17th century. See Scottish Marches
