Microgyniidae contains two genera, with four recognized species:[1]

- Genus Microgynium Trägårdh, 1942
- Microgynium incisum Krantz, 1961
- Microgynium rectangulatum Trägårdh, 1942
- Microgynium brasiliensis Wisniewski & Hirschmann, 1993
