While other people groups in the region also speak the Mewati language, it is one of the defining characteristics of the Meo culture.[4]

There are 9 vowels, 31 consonants, and two diphthongs. Suprasegmentals are not so prominent as they are in the other dialects of Rajasthani. There are two numbers—singular and plural, two genders—masculine and feminine; and three cases—direct, oblique, and vocative. The nouns decline according to their final segments. Case marking is postpositional. Pronouns are traditional in nature and are inflected for number and case. Gender is not distinguished in pronouns. There are two types of adjectives. There are three tenses: past, present, and future. Participles function as adjectives.

Phonology

There are twenty plosives at five places of articulation, each being tenuis, aspirated, voiced, and murmured: /p t ʈ tʃ k, pʰ tʰ ʈʰ tʃʰ kʰ, b d ɖ dʒ ɡ, bʱ dʱ ɖʱ dʒʱ ɡʱ/. Nasals and laterals may also be murmured, and there is a voiceless /h/ and a murmured /ɦ/.

gollark: As I said, if this is somehow a webserver issue, I'm hoping caddy 2 will fix it, so I'm reading the docs to prepare for an upgrade to that.
gollark: Its internal HTTP logs, which I figured out how to get it to dump, do appear to show it doing *something*, but I don't understand them enough to say what.
gollark: The really weird thing is that Firefox didn't actually seem to be *sending* any request or whatever for the websockets. Nothing appears in devtools, wireshark didn't show anything websocket-looking (although I am not very good at using it, I think it was working because it showed the regular HTTP requests), mitmproxy didn't say anything either, and the webserver logs don't show it.
gollark: I've decided to just update caddy and see if that helps, since I am a bit overdue for switching to v2.
gollark: I have some applications sending data over websocket to the browser - mostly JSON. They work in Chrome and Firefox on Android, but not on Firefox on my Linux systems - it just says "failed to establish connection". Specifically, they work if I run them directly on my local machine but not behind my server's reverse proxy.
