Megasurcula cryptoconoides is an extinct species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Pseudomelatomidae, the turrids and allies.[1]

Distribution
Fossils of this marine species have been found in Late Miocene strata in the Otokawa Formation, Japan.
