Meeden
Meeden is a village in the municipality of Menterwolde in the province of Groningen, Netherlands.

Description
The village was created around 1390. Meeden was a municipality until the municipal reformation in 1990, after which Meeden became a part of the municipality of Menterwolde.[1]
The current village has 1879 inhabitants as of 1 January 2006.
