Maya Lynne Robinson

Maya Lynne Robinson is an American actress, writer and producer. She played the role of Geena, D.J. Conner's wife, in the Roseanne television spin-off The Conners, and is currently portraying Michelle on the CBS series The Unicorn[1]

Robinson was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.[2][3] In 2012, she moved from New York City to Los Angeles where she was involved in the play In the Red and Brown Water.[4]

In 2018, Robinson was selected to play a series regular role of Geena in the Roseanne TV series spinoff, The Conners. Geena is D.J. Conner's wife, and the mother of their child Mary. Geena is a 2nd lieutenant in the Army and was returning from a tour in Afghanistan.[5] She portrayed Geena for one season.[6] In 2019, she joined the starring cast of the sitcom The Unicorn, where she portrays Michelle.[1][7]
