Maxim Topilin
Maxim Anatolyevich Topilin (Russian: Макси́м Анато́льевич Топи́лин, born April 19, 1967 in Moscow) is a Russian economist. From May 2012 to January 2020 he served as the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation.[1] Since January 2020 he is a head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

In the period from 1994 to 2001 he worked in the Office of the Prime Minister. He was specialist expert and in 1996-1997 he was consultant to the Department of Labor and Health.
On 15 January 2020, he resigned as part of the cabinet, after President Vladimir Putin delivered the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly, in which he proposed several amendments to the constitution.[2]
