Maurea eltanini is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk, in the family Calliostomatidae within the superfamily Trochoidea, the top snails, turban snails and their allies.[1]

Distribution
This species occurs in New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone.[1]
