Maryanne Zehil

Maryanne Zehil (born Beirut, Lebanon) is a filmmaker and producer. In 1997, she settled in Québec, and in 2000 she created her feature films and documentaries production company, Mia Productions.

In 2006, Zehil's film From My Window Without a Home… (De Ma Fenêtre, Sans Maison...) was the closing film of the Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois. Acclaimed by the press, it was released in Lebanon in 2010. Her second feature title, The Valley of Tears, was released in 2012 in Canada and in other countries in Europe and the Middle East. The Other Side of November , her third film, was released in Canada on April 21, 2017, and in Lebanon on May 11th.
