Maritime Policy & Strategy Research Center
The Maritime Policy & Strategy Research Center (NHS) is a research institute and think tank affiliated with University of Haifa dealing in areas of maritime national security matters such as maritime and strategic affairs, maritime law, maritime technology, maritime cyber warfare. NHS was founded in 2016. The center is Headed by Prof. Rear Admiral (Ret.) Shaul Chorev. NHS publish Maritime Strategic Evaluation for Israel, books, academic articles, special reports and memos.[1] NHS holds seminars and conferences in various fields of maritime security.[2]
