Marianne Miller

Marianne Miller is an American voice actor, notable for their roles in anime, animation projects and video games. They voiced Yūno Scrya in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and Kyosuke Kamijo in Puella Magi Madoka Magica. They have also voiced in Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa, Tweeny Witches, Avalon Code and Dragon Age: Warden's Fall.

Biography

At the age of 16, Miller began watching anime and had been attempting to break into the acting industry. They began getting into anime and voice roles after deciding not to pursue screen or theatre. At the age of 19, they traveled to Dallas, Texas after receiving a call from Mike McFarland in order to record background voices for Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa. They then began studying and taking classes in Los Angeles and has since been featured in many roles, notably in Avalon Code.[3]

Personal life

Miller is married to Martin Billany, better known by his online moniker Little Kuriboh, a YouTube personality and voice actor most noted for his Yu-Gi-Oh The Abridged Series.[4]

Their family includes three cats, a dog, and several thriving house plants.

When they aren’t writing or acting, Marianne also works towards addressing social issues in the voice over community. They are an avid fighter and supporter for women’s rights, trans rights, Black Lives Matter, and equal opportunity casting. They and their husband Martin enjoy donating money to charity as well.

As of 2020, Marianne is currently working towards publishing their first novel and getting their motorcycle license.

In July 2020, Martin announced that Marianne will be undergoing Gender assessment and is preferring “they“ pronouns.
